**Second Attempt Delivery: $15 on top of first attempt delivery charge
Free Normal Delivery: $100 and above
Deliver: 11:00hrs – 23:59hrs
The above mentioned does not apply to the location or condition as stated below:
CBD area: Marina Bay, Tanjong Pagar, Bras Basah, Sophia Rd, Beach Rd, Orchard & any business centres that have restricted access & require high parking fee
Free Trade Zones: Changi Airport Cargo and Sea Ports
Restricted Zones: Military Camps and Air Bases
Secured Areas: Sentosa, Tuas and Jurong Island
(Or any other area that is hard to access and areas which require an entry fee)
Additional $10 delivery fee will be incurred for the above mentioned exceptional locations
Refund for Express Delivery:
A grace period of 15-30min is given to our dedicated riders due to unforeseen circumstances like rainy weather, heavy traffic, visibility limitation (e.g. a senior rider who has missed the correct turn), or any other circumstances that are beyond our control (e.g. road accident, call of nature, etc.). If riders arrive after the grace period for an express time slot, additional charge for express delivery will be refunded to the customer.
Cancellation and Changes to Order by Customer:
Due to the nature of our products, once order has been made, cancellation is strictly not allowed. There will be no refund for any cancellation once order has been made.
